Without the help of vendor partnerships NM TIE would not be able to be successful in improving technology and communication. NM TIE considers all exhibitors a sponsor. Register early to secure an exhibit space!

The NM TIE conference is a great place to network with K-20 professionals throughout the state of New Mexico.
Below are additional sponsorships NM TIE has available*. In order to participate in the additional sponsorships you must be registered for the NM TIE Conference as a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum sponsor.
*If more than one exhibitor is interested in one of the sponsorships below, the NM TIE board will hold a lottery to determine which exhibitor can participate in the sponsorship.
To take advantage of an additional sponsorship below, email conference@nmtie.net with the Title of the Sponsorship in the subject line. The NM TIE Coordinator will confirm your email and will notify you if the sponsorship you have chosen will be put into a lottery.
Deadline to submit for additional sponsorships is July 31, 2008.
EXTENSION August 25, 2008.
Once the sponsorship deadline has passed, the NM TIE Coordinator will contact you within 5 days to make arrangements for the sponsorship(s). Please note: if you are taking advantage of the Lanyards or Bags sponsorship, the items will need to be mailed to the NM TIE Coordinator no later than August 15, 2008.
- 350 Lanyards with bulldog clip & company logo or Convention Badges with company logo.
- UNAVAILABLE
350 Bags with company logo - bags will be given to NM TIE attendees to hold their conference materials. Bags should be no smaller than 15" x 12". - Cyber Station (5-8 laptops) - this station will be used for NM TIE attendees to check email throughout the conference. NM TIE will provided wireless internet. NM TIE will not be responsible for set up and tear down of laptops.
- Vendor Social drink ticket(s) -ticket(s) will be provided to NM TIE attendees to obtain a beverage at the NM TIE Reception on October 16th from 5:30-7:00pm.
- Presentation time on October 16th from 11:40 am - 12:25 pm (lunch break). This sponsorship is only available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors. All Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors will be put into a drawing and notified if their company was picked by August 31st.

Exhibit Set-Up
October 14th from 1:00 - 7:00 pm
October 15th from 7:00 - 8:30 am & 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Exhibit Tear-Down
(if a booth needs to be tore down before the end of the conference please let us know as this may result in a different booth location)
October 17th from 7:00 am - 11:00 am. If you are unable to tear down during this time extra time will be permitted on October 17th from 1:00pm-2:00pm.
